Helping with Pain Reduction & Weight Loss
Infrared Light Therapy
Red light therapy, also known as low-level light therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive therapeutic technique that uses infrared light to stimulate healing, reduce pain and reduce inflammation in the body. Infrared therapy works by delivering wavelengths of light to the body’s tissues, which are absorbed by the cells and converted into cellular energy. This energy is used by the cells to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation.
Infrared therapy can be used to treat a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, joint pain, arthritis, wound healing, and even skin conditions such as acne and psoriasis. It is also known for it’s anti-aging purposes, as it is thought to promote collagen production to improve skin texture and tone.
